We Issue Refunds For:
- Our error (wrong item sent)
- Defective or damaged products
We Do Not Issue Refunds For:
- Buyer's remorse
- Sizing issues (measurements are listed)
- Normal wear from actual use
Timeline 30 days from purchase date. After that, you own it.
Process Email us at wildarcanaco@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. Keep it brief. We'll respond promptly.
Care Instructions Follow them. We provide washing guidelines for a reason. Ignoring them and then requesting a refund is not unlike ignoring your farrier's advice and then blaming the horse.
