Free Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We offer one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email Hello@wildarcanaco.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll provide instructions for your exchange.

Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering to help you find your best fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Email Hello@wildarcanaco.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo showing the problem

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Returns & Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not currently accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We encourage you to review product details, color options, and our size guide before placing your order. If the size isn't quite right when your tee arrives, our free size exchange policy is there to help.

Normal Wear & Care

Refunds and replacements do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
