Order Processing 2–3 business days under normal circumstances. Longer during peak periods, which we'll pretend to apologize for.

Shipping & Delivery 5–7 business days once it leaves our facility. Variables include your location, carrier competence, and forces beyond our control—much like everything else in your equestrian life.

Tracking You'll receive it when your order ships. Monitor obsessively at your discretion.

The Fine Print Delivery estimates are exactly that—estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and acts of god may intervene. We've accounted for what we can control. The rest is faith, which you're already familiar with if you've ever loaded a horse into a trailer.
