We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work to get every Wild Arcana Co. package on its way as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.

The $75 minimum is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.99 standard shipping rate.

Order Processing

Because our apparel is made to order, please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new collection launches, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days.

Most orders can therefore be expected to arrive within approximately 7–10 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as tracking becomes available, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan your package and begin displaying tracking updates.

Shipping Delays

We'll always do our best to get your order to you within the estimated delivery window. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays that are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at Hello@wildarcanaco.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order enters production or ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
